"I've relied on the Golf Cart Doctor for maintenance and repair of my 2014 Club Car Precedent and have never been disappointed with the service or the results I've received. Ever since I bought the cart from a local dealer about 5 years ago, I've had some incredibly loud and persistent squeaking coming from the cart's chassis. The noise has gotten worse over time. I changed the shock absorbers and lubricated all visible metal-on-metal points but couldn't eliminate the squeaking. I couldn't go through another golf season having to listen to this awful noise and wanted to dump the cart for another one. But after talking with Mike, he said this issue is inherent to my cart and immediately diagnosed the problem as coming from the spring leaf bushings, which I couldn't remove to lubricate. After transporting my cart to his shop, Mike disassembled the bushings, cleaned them thoroughly and repacked the sleeves with grease. Problem solved. The cart now rides as if it's brand new. Based on this experience and others, I highly recommend the Golf Cart Doctor for maintenance or repair. You won't find a more knowledgeable, skilled, professional and friendly staff in the metro area. "About a year ago these guys came to my location and did a great job on my cart. It was a very reasonable price and done in a timely manner. A few days ago my cart just completely stopped dead. I called again and talked to Mike I believe and told him my symptoms. He suggested a couple tricks I never would have thought about. Cart started just fine .He said I might need a new part later but maybe not for now. Could have sent a guy and charged me a fee but did not. I will not hesitate to use these guys again. Thanks for good customer service."

Dependable and thorough
"Had them out recently to test batteries and replace a rear hub. They were prompt and courteous and got the job done at a very fair price. Nice to not have to pay for the cart to be shipped somewhere to get fixed. Their techs are very professional and know their stuff!"
