"We have a construction company and have had a non-working golf cart for weeks. We were all too busy to address the issue, and upon one phone call to Mike, the golf cart was repaired! Mike asked us a few questions about the issues we were having, and then asked us to try a few options to get the cart running. Before we knew it, we were able to fix the cart - ON OUR OWN! - and Mike had saved us time and money. We appreciate and respect Mike's business integrity. Most companies would not have spent the time on the phone, and would have charged us a trip fee, but Mike helped us to avoid all of that. He runs a great company."
