"I called this morning to schedule for someone to look at a cart that was squeakin' something fierce. The scheduler indicated it might be a few days before someone could get out but I would receive a call, which was just fine with me. To my surprise a gentleman by the name of Chuck called me TODAY and stopped by within 30 minutes. He was polite and fixed my cart quickly! I am beyond words at this level of service."
